Seraf ico production is best quality only. This is the reason whywe make cold pressing.

During the pressing process we never exceed the limit of 27°C (80,6°F).
Cold pressing is a very slow process: it produces less but olive oil mantains polyphenols’ healthy effects. If we increase the temperature, polyphenols start conspicuously decreasing.
Our philosophy is to offer to our customers only the best quality.
